Delivery will take place approximately within 24/72 hours following finalization of the order (Italy 24/48 hours, Islands and Calabria 48/72 hours). In periods of "high season" times may be slightly longer.
On the site it is possible to make payments by credit card (Mastercard – Visa).
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more purchased products no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Products can be returned in case of:
- product manufacturing defects
- change size
- exchange for a different product

Polo Software reserves the right to refuse returns if communicated, sent or shipped after the days indicated or if the products are not intact. All items are checked before being shipped. They are equipped with a tag and receipt, with which they must be returned, it is therefore advisable not to remove the tag until you are convinced of the correct fit of the purchased item. Items returned with damage, dirty stains or any obvious changes will be rejected and sent back to the customer, who will be charged the normal shipping costs.
To make a return, first write an email to or use the contact form on the Contact page indicating the order reference number, item code, order receipt date and reason for the return:
- In case of return of a defective item , Polo Software undertakes to replace the product free of charge with collection and shipping costs included;
- In the event of returning the product for a size change or replacement with another product , the Customer will have to pay the shipping costs for returning the product and those for shipping the new product.
Once we have certified that the causes comply with our conditions of sale, you will receive a request via email to provide us with the information to proceed with the return (place and date of collection, IBAN for a possible refund). It is advisable to keep the original packaging, which can be reused (if intact) simply by removing the old transport label. It is not necessary to return an entire order, but also just a part of it. After our staff has received the return and checked the integrity of the products, the refund procedure will be carried out. The conclusion of this procedure will take place within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the return.
